About the Comedians:

Mozava AKA Mostafa Hashem:

Known as a "Very Egyptian Comedian", this 28 year old man works as a Territory Manager for a multinational software company selling IT solutions for banks. He suddenly decided to do standup in Arabic and became one of the pioneers leading this movement.

Movaza performed his first show at Le Bistro in down town Cairo on November 2008, & then continued performing his monthly show "The Mozava Show" at After 8. He also preforms regularly at Sakiat alSawy, Genena Theater & many others venues, as well as his appearance on TV, performing on "Moga Standup Show'" by Moga Comedy Channel. Mozava is the founder of "Wa2fat", the first local stand up gang in the middle east.

He enjoys making jokes about Men / Women relationships as well as the Egyptian society by dropping jokes about his family & himself.

His favorites comedians are George Carlin, Louis C.K., Ron White, Lewis Black, Chris Rock, Dane Cook, Bill Cosby & Samir Ghanem.

Peter Zareif:

Also known as "Bebo," Peter was born in 1980 and graduated from the faculty of commerce and business administration in 2002. Since then he has been working in the telecommunication field. Passing by the CS Department and finally landing in the Marketing, he has participated in many events which exposed his spontaneous and comic nature to his colleagues. Peter has recently participated in “Hysteria”; the first comic stand up show in el Sawy Cultural Wheel and also performed in Cairo Opera House private show managed by Moga Comedy Channel. In his early days, Bebo joined a couple of drama groups that presented small meaningful sketches and he played some music as well, and YES, you guessed right, he was always the comedian who cracked people up.

Tamer Farag:

This 35 year old actor and writer started his career early in the school theater team, as well as his university faculty theater team, and was named the best actor of helwan university in 1994. Tamer has been working as french tour guide since 1997 along side acting and preparing some TV shows such as Darbaka in 1998 with Actor Ahmed Helmi and Director Sameh Abdelaziz on the Egyptian sattelite channel,"Nashaz" on Nile Channel, "Ma 3alena" with Khaled Habib on ART channel, and several other TV shows. Tamer has also appeared on some Radio comedy english shows such as "The Perfect Crime" and "Patagonia" on Egyptian FM broadcast. Finding conflict between his job and showbiz he decided in 2009 to quit tourism and begin his professional career as an actor and especially as a stand up comedian, inspired by french stand up comedy. At that time Tamer was preparing a stand up show in french with Jamel Debbouse comedy club in Paris. Also Tamer's participation in "Hysteria" stand up show in arabic led him to great success.

Adham El Kamouny:

This man has been a presenter for 13 years on the Egyptian TV, Channel 1. He lived in 5 different countries and went to 3 different schools and 5 universities. He always wanted to be a pilot or a football player. His friends call him the funniest because of his funny sense of humor. Adham has finally done what he's always wanted to do: become a stand up comedian.
